Having been HR Practitioners ourselves as specialists and generalists for several corporates in diverse industries, we understand the struggles and frustrations associated with finding top talent and matching them to the right jobs.

Background

AMAVA Talent was established to provide innovative client centered talent solutions that will add value to organisations. Our aim is to ensure employers have access to top talent worth retaining and developing for sustainable jobs that will support the economy of South Africa. Through training of especially young talent, our training solutions are aimed at building capacity of candidate who have the right skills and potential but lack job readiness.

Our diverse expertise and experience in Talent Management underpinned by a passion to serve will ensure successful business partnering, excellent customer experience, as well as a highly efficient and professional end user experience for candidates.
